I've had lots of good experiences with Discount, but had a frustrating one here. I had them put new tires on, fix the TPMS sensor, and then do an alignment. Before leaving for the day, one of the workers called to tell me he would leave the car unlocked with the keys inside for after-hours pickup. When I showed up late that night, my keys were locked in the car. My car doesn't automatically do that- the only way it could have happened would be that he just forgot and manually locked it before he closed the door. I drove out to Discount only to find out I couldn't get in my car. Had to come back the next morning with my spare key (luckily I even had one!). This is definitely the best Discount Tire that I have been to. Ammon was very professional and took the time that no other representative has with me in the past. In addition, the Team Lead, Rylan came out and taught me about concepts of tire balancing and why my tires on my truck may still feel a little rough on the road. The service was incredibley fast, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this location above all others!

Want to give a bit shout out to Quinn and helping fix a mix up with my appointment - miscommunication in the back,I ended up waiting a lot longer then I was supposed too. My next visit that I came in for a rotation he not only remembered me but also took the time to make sure I was taken care of promptly. Really happy with the proffesionalism and friendliness of this location and will continue to only come here for my tires and recommended services.
